Most of our customers’ administrators ask us: How can a BizTalk Server be managed from anywhere anytime?
This is why we developed the QUIBIS Admin App
The QUIBIS Admin App enables you to administer your BizTalk Servers from your mobile device. It is possible to start or stop send-ports, orchestrations, hosts, etc. directly from your Windows Phone. Check the status of your messages with the new mobile app from QUIBIQ.
With QUIBIS Admin you have access to your BizTalk anytime, anywhere.
QUIBIS Admin App for Windows Phone functionality:
Install the QUIBIS Admin App from the Microsoft App store. Your will find it by searching for “QUIBIQ” or “QUIBIS” or “BizTalk”. A server side QUIBIS Admin App BizTalkOperations Service is used to securely connect your Windows Phone App with your BizTalk Servers. Download the QUIBIS Admin App and the BizTalkOperations Service from http://www.quibiq.de/en/products/quibis-admin/

Today Microsoft released the new Windows Azure BizTalk Services (WABS), which extends the Azure services with new integration capabilities.
The start release contains EAI and EDI (B2B) features for
Cloud-based EDI Processing
BizTalk Services provides a robust and extensible solution for trading partner management and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processing, which can lower the cost of business partner collaboration for enterprise and EDI service providers.
Enterprise Application Integration
BizTalk Services provides a flexible integration platform for enterprises and systems integrators to build EAI solutions for integrating on-premises, SaaS, and cloud services with easy to use config-driven interfaces.
Building Hybrid Applications
BizTalk Services provides out-of-the box, cloud to on-premises, line-of-business applications integration for SAP, Oracle EBS, SQL Server and Oracle DB. It allows you to connect with any HTTP, FTP, SFTP, or REST data sources. You can route messages by using various Windows Azure artifacts such as Service Bus Queues, Topics, SQL Database, and Blob store.
Note: Up to now the BizTalk Services do not support EDIFACT messages – so this can be a real issue to European customers.
Microsoft communicated in the keynote of the BizTalk Summit today that BizTalk Server will stay in the center of the Microsoft application stack for years with a stronger roadmap than ever.
These are really good news to the complete BizTalk community and all customers looking forward to an interesting integration future with Microsoft.
As I am flying to Seattle on Wednesday to take part in the BizTalk Summit 2013 – I will keep you updated in this blog.
We are excited to inform you about the upcoming second BizTalk Summit 2013 from 20./21. November 2013 at Redmond.
Everyone that is interested in getting close to the product group – talk about and listen to interesting and compelling BizTalk solutions should take part in the summit.
We expect to hear news directly from the Microsoft product group and the execs about various developments in the integration Domain, the Integration Strategie of Microsoft and news on the product roadmap.
A second focus will be on Workflow and Service Bus – this is gonna be interesting too.
Additionally this is a great chance to network with Microsoft employees and customers.

It’s official! The Developer Edition of the BizTalk Server which wasn’t availabe within the release of version 2013 in April returns. As from 01.11.2013 you can get the licence, not for free like before but for less than 50 USD.
So the BizTalk community made Microsoft change their mind. That’s good because BizTalk is still the most distributed Integration Server around and is at the core of the Microsoft-Strategy to connect people, system and processes on a single platform.
Of course BizTalk Server will still be included in the MSDN Premium Subscription and can therefor be used for the purpose of development.
